The Honda S2000 is a celebration of Honda's sporting heritage, a unique race car whether you choose the hard-top or the soft-top. One flick of a switch and the soft-top is down. If you prefer the hard-top, the Honda S2000 GT offers a more sheltered feel with the addition of greater security and excellent rear visibility. The hard-top can even be removed when not required to reveal the soft-top underneath.
Honda's engineers brought all their race experience into the S2000. They questioned how the chassis and suspension could effect performance, desiring a race car feel in a two-seater roadster meant a move away from the conventional design route. They created a unique suspension system maximising tyre tread on the road, resulting in a convertible that handles with an assuredness you'rd usually only expect from a Coupé.
